"I've been with State Farm for about 56 years. During that time, they have insured 7 cars, 3 trucks, 2 motorcycles, 1 van, 1 Jeep, 3 house rentals and my current home. Of all the many agents over the years, I have to say that you and your team have been the best. Everyone is kind, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I never have to be put on hold while the appropriate person is located. The person who answers my call is always the right person. Also, the office is sufficiently staffed so I don't have to navigate the labyrinth of options in an automated answering system to find the information I need. If anyone ever asks me for an insurance recommendation, I will always send them your way."
